Having issues connecting to aws data exchange

I get the following "could not connect to endpoint URL":

Could not connect to the endpoint URL: "https://api-fulfill.dataexchange.us-east.amazonaws.com/v1?param1=value1¶m2=value2"

  Hi Brian,

  Thanks for making us aware of this! Have you posted this issue on the Discord channel? There are several AWS employees on there that can assist with this. If not, I recommend doing so. I will also follow up with them regarding this endpoint.
