How to make a team?

I have sent members a team-up request. what next? how will I team up with them there is no option to join. Please help me with this.

    Hi there,

    If you sent a team-up request, those participants will get an email alerting them. They will then have the option to choose whether or not they want to join your team. I also recommend posting in the Discord channel or messaging them directly to see if they are interested in joining.
